One month left until I take my course !

I've read many of you talking about a 4-day course, but the one I'm taking (in Ontario, Canada if that's the difference) is 2 days. From 8:30 until 5:30 I think both days.

I'm doing a dual weekend course (April 8th and 22nd), and it's not TOO far from home (1/2 hour or 45 minutes driving) in a small town. DH will wander around town with the kids and bring our daughter to me during my break and lunch times so that she can nurse.

I'm SO excited to be on the count-down for this finally !

Heheh - I'm very excited as well :) Mine's 4 hours ... I was going to drive all the way back (over 2 hours), but DUH, realized it's only about 20 minutes from our new house! So, since my guy isn't already living there - remodeling - we'll just stay with him :D Leila will miss 1 day of school, but we've only seen him 1 day per week for the last month so this will be really nice! Although, the kitchen isn't installed yet, which means take out & fast food

Awesome! I still dont know where mine will be held. The coordinater said wherever there is a largest number of participants. Hopefully it will be in driving distance or I wont be able to go. I can only drive a max of about 30minutes to get there. It is 8h a day for 4days the last wed&thurs of april and first wed&thurs of may. Im so excited! I hope it is in my city so I dont have to drive much.

Heeheeee! THANKS :D It's even funnier to me because we just recently weaned in time for her birthday, but when I saw I just *had* snatch it up -- I like telling myself that I deserve it anyway since we nursed 4 years & the next will nurse, too  :p

I'm so jealous!! I registered but never paid for the one here in town next week - turns out DH is away for 2 weeks and we'd hoped for him to take time off to be with the kids. I don't have anyone else to keep them for a full week, so no class for me. :(

Aw, I'm sorry, what a bummer:( There's always another chance, though ;)

Leila wil be staying with my SO the whole time -- they've only spent at most 2 hours alone & while it's always been very successfull, I'm just hoping it goes so well after 4 days straight all day long
