Should I sell BLVD for marathon?

I can't decide what to do...

Should I sell my BLVD (DOM 11/07, RFs to 33 pounds) to fund the cost of a new Marathon that has a 35 pound RF limit?
She is gaining weight at almost the exact same speed as her brother did. Their height/weight charts are identical with her at about 5 pounds less every month.
IF she continues to gain weight like she is, she should hit 33 pounds before 2. (DS was 33 pounds by 17 months)

We don't have side curtain airbags and I'm sure that if my 1999 van was crash tested today it would receive BAD side impact ratings. (What led me to the SIP wings)

What would you do? Thanks in advance!!

Rfing provides significant side-impact benefit. I'd rather be able to RF in a Marathon than FF in the Blvd with wings that we don't know the benefit of.

Would it be worth giving up the "TSIP" for what might be as short as a couple of months?

Then she will have no SIP when she does FF. Even if we don't know what benefits, if any, come from the wings.

You just have an older Blvd. The new Blvd. also goes to 35lb. I have a Blvd. and it goes to 35lb along with the new Marathons. 08's Rf to 35lb. I would not sell for the 2lb.

Funny! I went through the same thing back in Jan! But I wanted to switch because the BV cover drove me nuts taking off to wash. I ended up getting a MA (but not 35lber) and am so much happier! And I finally realized that it was the BV making his head slump over when he slept!

Funny, those are the same exact concerns that I have, making me lean toward the Marathon now. (The cover choices are like the icing on the cake!)

Yeah, as you can see in my siggy, I went a little crazy with the covers!! :D I have to remember to rotate every couple of months so I get to enjoy each of them!
