It's hard to determine from the front. It's best when done from the side. Check out this thread with instructions for measuring.

She has at least 4" room left - hard to judge distance in a picture, but she has loads of room - probably well over a year at the very least.
eta: I looked at your siggy and saw her weight - she'll probably hit 35lbs before outgrowing it rf'ing by height. If you haven't already removed the bottom pillow, that will give her a little more room yet.

I agree. She's got loads of room. It would be a rare child indeed that outgrows the EFTA RF by height before weight!

Yes, she has TONS of room left. I also agree that if you have not removed the bottom pillow, then remove it. It will easily add another 1/2". I would say she has at least another 6 months to a year left height wise. My son is around the same height with about the same torso length...he has TONS & TONS of room for RF left!
