Parkway express fabric question

Anyone have one and can tell me...

ds likes the express color pattern. Looks like the black is something soft like velour, but what is the silver fabric? It looks like it's something like sport short type material, am I right?

yep... my ds had sensory issues when we first got it and i was very worried about it, but thoes have gone now and when he still had them it didn't bother him at all... but differantly as wendy discribed

Exactly what I was concerned about. The 10yo in question has great difficulty with different material, so I wanted to be sure about the seat. Perhaps I should steer him toward one of those cheaper collegiate ones! :)
