So I got my NEW improved harness...NOT! They sent me the SAME harness. I called b/c I was not happy about this at all. She told me they would resend the proper NEW harness & I refused it. I told her I wanted a refund, but I didn't have my reciet(SP??) so they refused me! She told me they could send me a NEW Scenera, but I told her I didn't want that one either. I asked for a Safety 1st Uptown instead. She told me that the supervisor said that they could replace it with it, but it would cost me $30 for the upgrade. I decided to just pay the $30 so I could be done with it. I should recieve my Uptown within 7-10 business days. I hope I like it. If not I am not sure what I will do.
So if you are not happy with what they are offering make then exchange for you! It was worth it for the extra $30 for me anyways. Did I make the right choice? Should I have just accepted a newer Scenera without the spikes? DH is prolly going to kill me for the $30, but I do not care right now!
