wondering about a certain seat

OK, my little sister was born in 1992. I was only 3, so I obviously don't remember. Does anyone know what kind of infant car seats were made that year? Does anyone have photos?

Oh heavens, I graduated in '92! :D

My first son was born in '94 and he had a Gerry carseat that you could turn into a glider when it wasn't in the car; that's really the only one I'm familiar with. Oh, and we had a Sit-n-Stroll, but it was a PITA so we didn't use it in the car very much. I do remember that none of the infant seats had bases (none of the readily-available ones, at least) and they all had 3-point harnesses.

My niece was born in '95, but she rode in very old-style carseat the hospital gave her until she switched to a convertible.

Are you just curious, or looking it up for some other reason? :)

I know how you feel. I graduated in 1990. I had 2 kids by November of 92.

LOL, I have the joyride sitting down in my basement....found it at the side of the road, scooped it up and brought it home so DD's babies could ride 'safely'.

I always wanted a Sit-n-Stroll.
