Britax RA in '97 Nissan Maxima

Hi! I was wondering if anyone could help us out...? We just bought the RA for our six month-old and have installed it in our '97 Nissan Maxima. Although the seatbelt is as tight as it can be across the carseat, the carseat still rocks back and forth when the headrest is pulled toward the backseat. For anyone who might have a Maxima or who might otherwise be able to help, I have a few quick questions...

Have you found a way to stabilize the RA?
Have you found anyplace to attach the tether?
And have you been able to install the RA in the center of the backseat (the hump in the middle made the seat slide around too much)?

Any responses would be appreciated. Thanks!

To check the installation of a rear-facing carseat, you should hold the base of the seat where the seatbelt routes through the slots. If it moves an inch or less front-to-back, or side-to-side at this spot, then it is installed tight enough. The top of a rear-facing seat can and will pivot toward the vechicle seat, and will have more motion in other directions also. This is normal, and safe.
