Locking seat belts in 95 buick park avenue/regal?

Does the LATCh manual have info on locking seatbelts in it? My inlaws have a 95 buick park avenue or regal (I think it is the PA...). I seem to recall that last time we visited, the seatbelt locked by pulling out the lap portion of the lap shoulder belt and letting it retract. Can anyone tell me for sure that they lock?

We will be visiting them this summer for a month, so I need to make sure my seats will work in their vehicles. I am really hoping they let me have use of their 03 Buick, since then I will also have use of tether anchors, but beggers can't be choosers and we will use what we are given. Anyone know how the radian installs in either of these vehicles ffing?

TIA!

My grandparents had a PA and I want to say that you are correct on the outboard seats being that way. I used to install my kids seats in it all the time without issue. Sorry I am really no help.

We used to have a 92 LeSabre and the seat belts had switchable retractors. It also had a little "child seat" bulliten on the belt itself instructing you to pull the seat all the way out and let it feed back in to install a child seat. It wasn't a 95 but I can't imagine they'd take a step backwards.

Thanks, that's totally what I remember. The picture on the belt telling you to pull it all the way out and then let it slowly retract. It was easy to get the seat in when we were there last time.

Any one install a radian ffing in a mid 90's model of the PA or regal? I have a 99 century. Do you think it would be about the same? If so, then I need to get out to my car and see if I can make it work.
