I saw a little girl old reading my stickers on the back of my van....

after the stickers thread I bought some stickers for my van.

I bought "my toddler rides rearfacing as me why"

"My preschooler rides in a 5-point as me why"

and "my older child rides in a booster as me why" (actually both my older children ride in boosters but Jacob is sure to fit without soon right?

Anyway I was stopped at a stop light and I see in the rear-view mirror that a little girl maybe around 8 (in the front seat of course

) , is clearly reading them and then puts on her seat belt! She might have had an interesting discussion with her mom if her mom wasn't busy talking on the phone.

aww! that's great that she at least put on her seatbelt. maybe she will bring it up with her mom.

btw, where can i get stickers like that??? Our one car is about to become MY car so I can customize it for ME! (We are getting a second car for hubby... finally!)

I get a lot of waves from little kids (not to mention funny faces!

) because of the "work" sign on my car (I deliver pizza), and I always wave and then motion for them to "buckle up" if they're not buckled. I've yet to have one actually buckle, though.

When I talk to neighborhood kids who run up to me when I'm delivering I also try to throw in a "remember to always buckle up, just like I do!"

Too bad I can't get special coupons from work to hand out to the kids I see buckled. Kind of like how Pizza Hut has them for reading, yk? I suppose the mis-use of them would be ridiculous, though, considering most of the people I work with.

and here are the ones I got. I got 8 inches because I wanted to make sure they could be read but 8 inches is pretty big! I think I should have gotten 6.

thanks for the info! I am SUCH a goof sometimes. I wasnt even thinking. My hubby is in the promotional products business and can get me ANYTHING printed up for wholesale costs. LOL He about smacked me when I told him I wanted to order some bumper stickers

He was like " you DO know that I can get that a lot cheaper, dont you??"

Thumbs up about the little girl in the OP buckling up. Now she needs to read the warning about kids belonging in the back seat until at least age 12 that's probably on the sun visor, and read it to her mom/parents, and get ahold of a booster seat.
