I confess that although I do not technically need a Regent, I'm going to call back tomorrow when they're open

not to sound dumb, but what's the difference, or more exactly does the bar do/did it do?

In the original thread for this sale I posted the DOM... after I did I was told it was pre fussiness so I think it was April 2007.

If I needed a Regent and knew it was pre advisory for that price, I'd jump on it.

I have a regent that was originally a classic and its DOM is 3/27/07. I think that the classics were from Feb., March, and April of last year.
