I saw that too! What an idiot!
On a (sort-of) good note, They were talking about it this morning on "Regis" and Kelly Ripa was slamming Brittany and saying how that baby needs to be "...not only in a car seat , but He needs to be Rear Facing to protect his little neck..."
You go Kelly!

YAY!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE: LA County Department of Chidren and Family Services (DCFS) has contacted the LA County Sheriff's Department, to investigate Britney Spear's now infamous driving with SP (aka Sean Preston) in her lap. Though Britters swears up and down it was because the paparazzi were chasing her, photo evidence suggests that this is unlikely as the window(s) were open and she is seen smiling or laughing.

X17, the photo agency responsible for the photos, told EXTRA: "These pictures were taken in a very peaceful context, in which photographers exhibited no aggressive behavior. We believe the pictures speak for themselves."

If she was in a hurry to get away from paparazzi, all the MORE reason to have him buckled up!

This is what gets to me...

She pays her bodyguard to protect her and her son in whichever means necessary. So if she really was being stalked, she should have turned to her bodyguard and said "get your a$$ out of your seat belt, get off your cell phone and head to the back seat to buckle my kid up NOW"

(Not that I'm an advocate of not wearing a seat belt, not at all. I'm just not understanding why you'd have a bodyguard if you aren't planning on using him )

looks? He looks big and touch so ppl leave her alone? I dont see why she sent him into the store to get her coffee i believe and sat out in the car alone with her kid. Sounds like he's just a very large coffee getter. :D
