Can some one explain where the bottom straps hooks on the fabric attach to the seat? Britax replaced my cover as it was messed up and now I can't get it back on correctly.

I think I figured it out. I didn't notice that I had to pull the band through the bottom and then connect the hook onto it rubber band part. That was confusing since once the fabric is back on you cant see the other band underneath the fabric at all. Tricky. I pulled it through where the harness adjusters come through on the bottom of seat. I pray this was correct.

Thanks for the photo. I was like other poster and knew that I unattached it from another band not realizing the other band was attached to the underside of the actual cover. I hooked it all back correctly.

You are never gonna believe this. When I first got ds3 regent about 3 weeks ago I noticed that one of the pockets were torn. I called Britax and they sent me a new one and I have to ship back the other one. Now that I have just reinstalled in car with the second cover I noticed that at about 1.5 inces down and to the right of the Britax logo where the 2 different fabrics are stitched together (Huntington) The stitching is loose. I guess they stitched it to close to the edge. I called again and they are acting like I am crazy:eek:

They agreed to send another but I hate having to change out again and then reinstall for a third time. This seat is a PITB to install in our MDX. Ds had a BLVD and we never had any issues at all. I wish I had carefully examined the cover before installing and I would not be so upset. I will not be changing this out anytime soon so I hope Britax will not be in any hurry to get this cover returned.
