Since this is important to me when choosing a seat, I thought I'd post about it. :) My warning label that is on my Radian cover is coming off (plus injury is spelled inuury, lol). I e-mailed them to see what I could do to safely put it back on, but did mention I was disappointed it's already coming off as I've never had this problem w/ any seat before. Russ had me snap a few pics and he agreed, not good, so a new cover is on it's way for my Radian. Yay!

Good for you! :) Wish I'd thought of that first. I'm having the same problem, but I'm sure if I called I'd get an entirely different story (probably something about how I owe them money for using their call centre or something.)

I've not been thrilled with their customer service (but the whole Canadian short-strap issue has really tainted things for me :()
