I can't find one on their web site....any personal experiences to share? I'm looking to orer the Compass TrueFit, but without being able to try it in the car first I want to make sure their policy is customer freindly.

does that include return shipping?? Our TF isn't going to work for our needs (won't fit rearfacing with our belt path), but it is so new I don't think people on say craigslist even know what it is... it was a good seat forward facing but the potential for tangly straps and only being able to use forward facing were major turn offs for me since my 20 mo needs a seat to go rearfacing. If I wanted a forward facing seat I would get a nauti since it can then be a booster.

I couldn't find that on the site, but personally I have had good luck calling the cs #.

I think Walmart is carrying the TF online now--you could do ship to store and return it to the store if it didn't work for you.

I have had good luck talking to CS at Learning Curve. They answered very quickly, etc. But I didn't do a return.
