Any reviews on this? Is it also made by Britax?

It's for my almost 6 year old (44 inches and just around 40lbs) for Grandma's car. She's in a Regent in mine, Apex in DH's, but my mother in law cannot leave another car seat installed in her car permanently and I can't always go & install one properly. She has a Scenera for my niece & DS, DD is too tall for it. Even if we opt for another Apex for her car which we will when the little ones outgrow the Scenera, the height settings are different for the younger ones & DD.

The $30 at Albeebaby sounds very promising.

It's fine. It isn't anything amazing, but for $30, it's hard to pass it up. My dd is 49 inches and 60 lbs, and is about to outgrow the back in it, but your dd is pretty petite, she should have lots of room.

Yes, it's made by Britax or was made, I should say, because the Fisher Price Safe Voyage line of seats have been discontinued. Ours has an Aug. 2006 date of manufacture and it's likely around the last date it was manufactured, but it's not shabby for $30. I have one as a spare seat for my 6.5 year old daughter, who usually rides in a Regent in our own vehicles. The width of the base is adjustable, and it's fairly narrow at it narrowest setting, which makes it an option for tighter side by side or 3 across carseat installations.

I like the one I bought for my niece. It adjusted fairly easily (back height and width). She still fits in it, and she's about the size of an 8-9 yr old!
