RA and umbrella stroller in airport?

We're taking our RA on a trip in a few days and are wondering about how to transport it through the airport up to the gate. We were going to buy a little luggage cart to wheel it, but then thought maybe we could somehow bungee it to the umbrella stroller (fwiw, this is a medium-range stroller -- not the flimsiest, but not a high end Maclaren either). Does anyone have any experience doing this? Do you think this would work?

Thanks in advance!

Lots of people have done it . Practice at home, though, you might find it's super easy to just use the Versa Tether to hold it onto the upper part of the stroller right below the handles. I've even put my Marathon into a Volo and pushed my 4 yo around in it with good success :)

It might work but don't put the car seat in the stroller and put the child in the car seat, I did that and my poor mac hasn't been the same since.

I had great success with my Marathon in my Quinny Zapp.. Totally made for each other!

I did push DD in the Zapp while she was sitting in the MA, ZAPP is still fine!

I would put the baby in a sling, the RA in the stroller using the tether to keep it from tumbling out and you should b good to go. We did this when we flew last year with a Scenera and our Jeep unbrella stroller.

I just did an Uptown in an Ingelesina Trip - I put a bungee cord through one of the beltpaths and attached to stroller. Then we put DS in it. It was solid enough for the line at check-in and until we got through security. After that we let DS walk off energy. Try it out and home and see how you feel about it.
