I have, and its a Britax Two-Way Elite.

I was told by multiple people on a Norwegian carseat board that it would last my dd the longest. She has TONS of room to grow in it! Its very comfy, lots of EPS foam, and should last her till 6 at least (she just turned 4).

It goes 9-25kg rf (or ff), so about 20-55 lbs. Tallest harness height is 17", but it doesn't really matter because you can rf till the tips of their ears are even with the top of the seat.
