Argument: "I am going to move my 30# child a booster. He's going to be too big for a convertible soon and a booster gives him lots of room to grow."

Reply: Would you buy him shoes that will not fit him for another 2 years and make him wear them now just to give him room to grow?

Argument: "My child throws the most horrible temper tantrums, so I don't buckle/rf/harness/use a seat/etc."

Reply: Is there any place other than a car you would let your child risk his life because he throws a tantrum?

Good responce!! So if your child was having a temper tantrum on the side of a cliff, you'd let him keep going? Or would you remove the safety hazzard?

Nice... I was honestly just sitting here thinking today about what is a good way to educate others on the benefits of extended rear facing and harnessing. It's so rare where I do it (come to think of it I have seen no one do it). I want to share with everyone but don't want to sound to 'preachy'...kwim...
