extra seat

I'm needing an extra seat for DD2. she started to out grow her scenera months ago, so we purchased a youngsport, and we have been using the scenera as the extra seat for when she was going to need to be in someone elses car. she is 4.5yo, 30pds, and last I checked right around a 14in torso. I need help with ideas, I need something that will be easy to install, light weight, I would like to keep it under $100 if possiable, but no that big of a deal, it would be nice to have lockoffs, since my mothers car doen't have locking seatbelts, but that is not absolutely needed, just would make things easier. I do plan to keep her harnessed for a while longer, my 7yo dd is still currently harnessed in a como, and isn't ready to move into a booster yet, so it will definetly be a while before DD2 moves to a booster. I really appreciate your help.

You may want to look into the Graco Cargo. It is very light weight, easy to install, and under $100. My 5yo ds is 36lbs 41" and has a 15" torso and still has plenty of room to grow in this seat. It does however only harness to 40lbs and it does not make a very good booster. But with your dd being so tiny I'm sure you could make it to 7yrs old harnessed easy in this seat. I'm not sure if the 50% off sale is still going on at learning curve, but you might want to get a True Fit. For $99 and free shipping, I don't think you can beat it. There is a thread on here with the coupon code you need.

Evenflo Chase is another good one for under $100 (again it only harnesses to 40#).

Or if you wanted to go a little more - the Graco Nautilus is $150-ish, harnesses to 65#, and then converts to a LATCHable hbb and backless booster.
