My first True Fit issue:(

DS took off one of his shoulder pads from his new seat and now I can't find it. I've looked everywhere... even thorough ALL of the laundry in case if got caught on a piece of this clothes. I remember seeing him take it off the strap (in the mirror) and I haven't seen it since. I've search our driveway and the grass too in case it fell out when I took him out of the car that night. Anway, I called Learning Curve today and they said they are not able to send me a replacement (I'm totally willing to pay for it). They said they don't have replacement parts for the seat. DS keeps tugging at the strap now. How can they not have replacement parts for purchase? I left a message for a supervisor but I don't think I'm going to get much help there either:(

Anyone have an idea what I should do?

Wow, no replacement parts available yet? Not very good business practice. :( I've heard that Compass (before Learning Curve bought them out, I guess) was great about sending out new covers for their boosters. I'm sorry you're dealing with this!

Do the straps irritate him? Can you just pull his shirt collar over the strap? I always took dd's strap covers off, they usually bothered her. :p
