I sent an email on Wed that hasn't gotten a reply yet. Is that normal? I just resent it. It is regarding a safety concern I have with the fraying of my harness adjuster strap. I did call and get a new one, but I wanted someone to see the photos and respond, because I don't see how that is normal. I just find it strange, cause all my Graco emails have been answered within a day.
