Britax is replacing my decathlon as well.....

I was all prepared to tell them how I've used seats for 10 years and know how they are supposed to work, how I used to be a tech, and how I've been a loyal costumer for years buying 9 of their seats, but it wasn't necessary. I can't believe it has been 9 seats! a roundabout, 2 star risers, 2 huskys (which I later sold), 2 marathons, the decathlon, and the parkway.

I'm getting a mariposa. If anyone wants the cover, I be willing to trade it for an Ashley floral.

Oh ! I just posted my own thread about this, I called too and they are replacing mine with a Brooke MA. I was nervous to go with another DC incase it would act up again. I am excited to get another MA cause I love the that's in my vehicle. It was a very easy process and the lady was very nice and helpful.

You are right! I had forgotten about that! I guess I've had 10 seats if you count it. That adjuster was bad as well! I took the seat in and had the guy at BRU try it and try the display and he replaced it no problem! I only had it for a few months. I wish I had learned my lesson and not gotten one of the first decathlons, I was just so excited about the 3 crotch straps!

I finally got my seat yesterday! I'm excited it does go to 35 lbs rear-facing which is good because Elizabeth had a growth spurt and his now 27 lbs at 21 months. It does have the new buckle that clicks with each buckle tongue. I'm going to put Benjamin in it for now since he is buckling himself and it would be helpful for him to be able to hear two clicks. I'm going to order a new buckle and then switch them and put Elizabeth in the new one so I won't have to worry about when she hits 33 lbs.
