Although the straps are loose, I don't think the chest clip is a problem. The recline looks ok to me too. Most infant seats have a range of what is ok.

What worries me most about that picture is the mother who is clearly out of position.

I'm probably just super anal about the chest clips being right... :eek:

I noticed the mother too, she's also very close to the dash since her seat is SO far forward! I can't even manage to browse w/o noticing car seat use! Oh, this is bad! :D
