How long does it take Britax to respond to emails?

My harness adjuster strap is seriously frayed, so I called and they are sending me a new one. I asked for a supervisor's email addy because I want them to see pictures of the severity of it and see what they think, because the cs rep I talked to was not surprised at all and said it was normal. I think it is BS that I should have to pay to replace the strap every 6 months once it is out of warranty. Anyway, how long should I wait before I email again? It has been two days. Thanks!

They've gone home for the weekend by now, might as well wait till monday morning so it can pop up in that person's inbox right before their very eyes....:twocents:

I didn't even know they don't post an email addy. And of course it isn't a supervisor's one, like I asked (but I did request that a supervisor address the issue in my email), but their generic one is mailbox@britaxusa.com if anyone wants to know. I'll wait til Tuesday or so I guess. They may be extra busy with the Frontier release, and my new strap is supposedly already on its way.
