Built in piddle pad? Is she talking about the insert? Hope her kid is using the lowest set of harness slots. Wait, not really, because that means he is too little to be FF. But you can't use that insert on anything but the lowest slots.

She says her kids are potty training right now, so I'd assume they are at least 2. My DD is a small 2.5, and she's past the first set of slots. So I suspect that reviewer's kids are past the first set of slots too.

Yes, and EEEEW!!! How gross is that? I wouldn't be asking to borrow one of her seats!

:scratcheshead: Oh, so I was wondering what the removeable toddler insert was for on my APEX.

Makes me think of the piddle pads my sister puts out for her Chiuahua dog in case she has an accident!

Well, I'm awfully glad our EFTA has the infant padding under the bum. We had a PL'ing toddler too, and it's alot easier to wash the little insert than it would be to take the whole cover off and wash it. :twocents:
