What top slot height measurement do YOU get on the Nautilus?

I have seen ranges from 17.75" to
19".

I get 18.25, which means it is the
same as the Frontier. This is with
the cover on, and not pressing
too hard on the seat, as there is
not too much to press anyway.

So what meausrement do YOU get?

corrected measurement -sorry!!

Ugh, I posted this exact same thread a couple weeks ago and can't find it! The answer was 18.5 from several people, though.

Do you mean 18.25.... which would be the same as the officially posted number for the Frontier? I think I remember measuring 18.25 or 18.5, when I looked at a Nautilus at WMart about a month ago.

Your post as it stands is helping to add confusion to the height issue, I think.

I'd guess it's about 18.5" to maybe 19" from what I saw when I sat AJ in it this weekend. He's about 15.5-15.75" and is under the 3rd slots.

18.5 is stretching it IMO - William has an 18.5" torso (sitting cross legged) and he's over the slots.

I get 18.25" if I press down on the cover. My 6.5 yo child is just above the third slots, and uses the fourth with plenty of growing room.

I get 18.25 pressing down on the padding a bit. However, my dd who has a 19 inch torso is dead even with the top harness slots.

Phew, it's a good thing there are people smarter than me to help me out some days... :D.

I actually started that thread because I read someone else say they were 19...
