Opinions on a new seat

So.. I want new seats lol. :p

I drive an 07 Jeep Commander, my dc currently are in a BV FF (middle seat) and SS1 (outboard). My ds has figured out how to loosen his harness while we are driving! That isn't the reason I want new seats I just figured I would throw that info out there lol..

Here are my options that I am thinking so far...
Buy a new MA or BV for Z so I can re-RF him for 2 more lbs., a Radian65 or 80, but I've read those can be difficult to install, or wait and get the new Britax Frontier.

For my dd I think I will get either a MA or BV for her, since she will be RF'ing for a long time anyway..

What do you all think?

I would call Britax and request a "trainers kit" or something like that. It will keep your kiddo from being able to loosen the harness:thumbsup:

I second the phone call to Britax to get a training kit. I wouldn't worry about a new seat until baby is about ready to be out of the SS1.

I wouldn't worry about a new seat for the infant. My son, who is almost 2 would still fit in the SS1. No need to get a new seat unless you have to. The sooner you get a new seat if you don't have to the sooner it will expire ;)
I also wouldn't get the Radian 80. Everyone mentions how the top harness slots are still the same height as the 65. So unless your child is overweight or heavy I don't really see a point to the 80. I have the 65 and in all honesty it is a pain to install but once you have done it numerous times you know how to do it and you will figure it out.
