I would say 2.5 inches, though it is hard to tell the scale of the picture. She should be able to last a while in that seat.

I think she might even have as much as 6". Of course it's hard to judge distance in a picture. You could always put a soft measuring tape at the top edge of the shell and run it down to the top of her head. :thumbsup:
