Top tether part number Subaru Impreza

Anyone have the part number for a 97 Subaru Impreza? Cost? I don't know if Subaru does it for free or not?

    TIA!

    96031FA000MJ (gray)

    wagon-
    96031FA010EM (beige)
    96031FA010MJ (gray)

there are 3 8 mm weld nuts in either the back filler panel (sedan) or below rear hatch opening (wagon).

There are no notes on cost in the LATCH manual, but I don't believe Subaru does them for free.

Our local Subaru dealer charged me $50 per anchor back in 2003. But I wasn't a service customer there; if I had been, it would have been free.
