D-ring and rear facing tether questions

I got a call from the mom of the kids I nanny for saying she couldn't get her RA in tight enough and could I help her. She just bought the Nautilus for her 37lb 3.5 year old DD and was moving her 7 month old DS out of the SS1 I loaned them and into her DD's RA she was using up until the Nautilus was purchased last week.

I went and looked and she had it installed with LATCH, and it wasn't in recline mode (she's had it FF for her DD the last year so I guess she forgot about RFing recline). I reclined it, replaced the seat protector mat with a sheet of shelf liner, and installed it with the seatbelt since I couldn't get it tight enough with LATCH either. Rock solid. But I could not for the life of me find a suitable place to tether it. They have a 2007 Nissan Murano. Can anyone help me out here? Is there a hidden place to hook the tether that I didn't feel with my hand? Or will I need a d-ring for this car?

On that note, I need a d-ring for my own RA to put in my 2005 CR-V. I cringe at the idea of spending $24 on two little d-rings from Britax...does Babies R Us sell them??

Thanks in advance if anyone knows of a tethering spot in a 3005 Murano or brick and mortar places that sell d-rings.

Oh and as a side note, since I'm not a tech, the install I helped her with this afternoon was only temporary until she goes to her seat check appointment on Saturday to get it inspected by a real technician. :)

I think that the only place to get D-rings is Britax, or if you have access to the Carseat Swap area, maybe someone has an extra.
