Yeah, I noticed that, too. It's kind of surprising they were able to buckle the harness of the Comfort Sport with a kid that big! I wouldn't say misuse is a surprise considering that manufacturer also makes the Mighty Tite and many other aftermarket products.

All the more reason I'm skeptical of the Radian. It might just be perfect, but coming from the maker of the Mighty Tite, I do have some qualms. I've been scared to say that from the get go but they do self certify so...
I don't want to offend anyone or anything with this comment, but it has been something I've been concerned about since the seat came out. It's hard to trust someone who says the MT is perfectly safe even though I've seen in break seats AND seat belts. It's sort of like a baby sitter saying I hit that kid because he was a brat, but you don't have to worry about me with your kid.:twocents:

Meh, Graco sells all kinds of junk, cosco sells all kinds of junk... they all show misuse of some sort on their pages from time to time... :shrug-shoulders: Doesn't make the seats themselves unsafe...
