where can I get free ship for compass booster?

was going to take advantage of the britax sale and get a parkway or monarch but now i am thinking of a compass booster because it folds. Anybody know if an online place offeres free shipping?

I check the price of this booster a lot, lol. It goes up and down on Amazon all the time. The cheapest I've seen it go is $81 and free shipping. The diff cover choices aren't always the same price either.

Thanks both of you! I am trying to avoid tax too lol and since we have a BRU and target in my state the tax is always added on when using amazon. I guess I want my cake (or booster) and eat it too!
