Sunshine Kids "Buggy Buddy"

I just received this wonderful stroller accessory today based on the recommendation from member Joolsplus3.

I am so impressed with this product I decided to make a review on it LOL I didn't not measurement it, but if you want dimensions let me know.

It is very sturdy compared to other cup holder/organizers I have owned. The price is $9.99! :D Other organizers I was looking at were in the $30-$45 range, so I wasn't expecting much with a 9.99 organizer. But wow it is so worth the money and more!

There is a nice thick wire which goes around the top. This makes the holder rigid and great for keeping drinks from spilling. It has the option of being just a carrier, a carrier with two cups, or a carrier with one cup. All drinks I have put in it seem to fit perfectly, and nice and snug. There is also a zipper mesh pocket on the inside. The area where you would keep your cell phone, keys, etc.. is quite large even with two drinks in the carrier.

Both Cup holders are also Insulated

The fabric seems very durable and the product over all seems very well made.

The embroidered "Sunshine Kids" is a nice touch. This fits my double stroller(depending on the stroller) as well as my single Quinny Zapp(with a unique shaped handlebar).

The Velcro used to attach the carrier is very strong. The length of the velcro straps is long. The length is there to allow you to put the carrier in various height positions. I suppose depending on the stroller, preference, and size of drink.

Here are some pictures of it. Sorry for the crummy lighting.

Re: Sunshine Kids "Buggy Buddy" for Strollers

I wanted to add...I had just taken it out of the package so it was quite smooshed. I would imagine it will smooth out soon enough.

Oh, and Lisa..you should get it :D

I am loving the pink camo bag that you have hanging on your stroller. what brand is it and where did you get it?

 Sorry I missed your review earlier, Lovin. Yeah, I got this when I ordered a bunch of things from SK (had to justify that mega shipping charge, so I ordered more... I think they 'got' me, lol). I've had it for a few months and have loved it and loved the price! It works a lot better on the Mountain Buggy than the BOB console did, at half the price! :)

I've got one too and love it mostly. The one thing I don't like about it is that the wire that goes around the top seems like it is going to poke through the fabric (where one wire end meets the other wire end). I've got it for my Buggster, which folds up umbrella style, so when I fold the stroller, I have to be very careful with the Buggy Buddy, else it will bend in ways the wire is not intended to bend.

If you run your fingers around the top, can you feel where the 2 wire ends meet? I am wondering if maybe mine is defective and maybe those wire ends are supposed to be attached somehow and my attachment point broke.

It's definitely a Skip Hop, and I would hazard a guess that it's a Dash.

Should guys know these things?

Close, but it's actually a Duo ;) I believe you can get the pink camo print in the Dash as well though.

Thanks again Julie :D

Eek! That definitely sound defective. Hope you get it replaced.

I wanted to add...I have actually got to really "use" it, and am still very impressed. I have used it on my Quinny Zapp, and my Baby Jogger City Series Double. The drinks stay very upright, and nice and cool in the insulated pockets.

ROFL I was thinking my Buggy Buddy could use a Zapp:whistle:

Wineaux it is pretty cool you know what a Skip Hop is, my DH would have no clue...then again that can be a good thing since it means he doesn't know the price tag either ;)

I totally love that thing! We took our new lilac Baby Jogger City stroller to the mall yesterday and I could have used that! I have the Skip Hop Expo bag that I hook on our stroller and put my drink in the front pocket of that because I didn't have anywhere else to put it.

must.get.one.soon.

i saw those somewhere (amazon or the SKJP site) and had doubts but i think that could seriously work on a mac or strollers modeled after the mac-type umbrella stroller which is about all i'll buy, currently.

Hmmmm. Must get sone soon. LOL.

I agree I totally need a Zapp to go with it. The teal color is divine IRL.

You think it would attach to a RN for in the car?
