Grown-up misuses

Lately I've been highly annoyed by "older" people in my town (say over 65) that are "buckled up" but they have the shoulder strap under their outboard arm. So the shoulder strap is really just a rib cage strap. I tried it for kicks in the preschool parking lot and it's uncomfortable, but I just keep seeing people doing it!!

Yeah I heard about that. It was while filiming. I wonder if they really where driving or just stationary at the time. Either way it should have been in the script you'd think.
