Nautilus reviews on Walmart.com

I just read some reviews for the Nautilus on Walmart.com and they are mostly good, but the top one just seems weird.
It's written by a tech who has a 2 year old who is 23 lbs. She mentions EH but not ERF. Also, the grammar is just a little off, so it seems a little weird, not what you'd expect to hear from a tech.
what do you guys think of it?

LOL at "I hate them seats"

I'm guessing she's not really a tech at all. But if she is, she's a poorly trained one to be FF her daughter at 23 pounds.
