Passed up the $25 Parkway

I did get the $60 Roundabout, though.

DS2 (4 and 35lbs) grew out of the Scenera in DHs car by height, so I've been keeping my eye out for another seat. With the RA, I can move DS3s MA to DHs car and have DS3 use the RA full time :thumbsup:

So there are four $25 Granite Parkways sitting in a clearance pile at Sears in Concord NH... I just couldn't think of anything I needed them for [believe me, i tried]

oh, and they are mid 2006 DOMs

OMG - I was standing there staring at them like it was some sort of test of my character or something

The Sears employee was like "um - is there something I could help you with?"

I'm thinking "you don't even know..."

I would have bought all of them. Donated 2 to a good cause, and resold 2 for a profit.

But you're talking to someone who just paid $60 to ship a Regent (a $30 loss), even though I walked my little body into my local yokel post office with all the info about box size and weight and they gave me a quote of half that, and then whe I got there said they couldn't ship it so I had to go to FedEx, blah blah blah...

anyhoo - pm me, interested people, and we'll talk shipping

They've been regular priced every time I've checked previously. But the DOMs on the clearanced ones I saw/bought are from 2006 so maybe they clearance them if they aren't moving fast enough??

I can't imagine they would sell them for full price with really old DOMs

Ok - I can imagine they might... but they shouldn't - kwim?

I checked at Sears today locally, and no Britax anything... Especially not the RA which I have now decided to buy. I guess I'll be buying the LSU cover RA being closed out for $149 atm. Still not a bad deal considering...

Yeah, I checked both our local Sears, no Britax at all there either. Looks like I missed the chance! Oh well... now I have to make a final decision on what to buy. A Parkway for cheap would've been nice though! Espy since I'm buying for very occasional carpooling use, so would prefer not to spend a ton.
