Are the sales going to be including the new seats that rf to 35 pounds or are they not out yet?

I doubt they will. I don't remember the monarch being included last year because it was so new.

Sorry I should have clarified. I mean when are the MA's, BV's and DC's going to be released with the new 35 pound rf weight limit?

we have no idea as of yet! they are suppose to be phased in by the end of the year, but you know how carseat companies are... either it will happen unexpectedly or behind schedule...
