    tv clip

    They say it's a european seat - but isn't it a diplomat???

Straps are a little too loose and twisted in the one clip, but not too terrible, especially if she was trying to do it quick for the cameras. But they should have been tight to show parents how they are supposed to be.

Yup, that's a Diplomat in Huntington, it appears.

Maybe they got confused because Britax has a European branch?

The infant seat is a Peg Primo Viaggio SIP. I need to come back and watch the clip with sound, my hubby is watching a movie so I don't want to listen to it right now.

The Diplomat doesn't have HUGS since it only goes to 40lbs.

Oops! I assumed it was all Britax seats! So no for the RA too? If so, then I feel better knowing a fellow preschool classmate IS using the seat correctly!

BritaxUSA is based in the US and makes all their seats that they market here in the US. Perhaps it was designed in Europe but I tend to think not??????

Well, they were saying that there is no way in the US currently, to test the effectiveness of SIP - so, I'm going to go out on a limb and say it wasn't a stretch for them to say that the SIP was of European design.
