Well I bought a BLVD off Ebay and I just don't like it and purchased a Radian and an EFTA yesterday instead anticipating I would pay myself back with the money from the BLVD after selling it on craigslist. Ive sold tons of seats on craigs list with no problems. I listed this at 220. Nothing...then 210...nothing....now 200....nothing. I live in an area where people don't really buy 250.00 carseats. I cant go much lower because I need that money. I dont want to do Ebay because I dont have a box and dont really feel like trying to find one big enough and then haul that bad boy to UPS. Any suggestions?????

I wish I could encourage you, but I just sold my BV for $175 on CL with a brand new cover. The seat was only 5 months old, too. I think if you don't live somewhere where people buy a lot of higher end seats it's hard to sell them for close to retail. Pretty soon, the Britax sale is going to start and people will be able to get great deals, and they'll be on ebay, too- I noticed that there were tons of seats listed on ebay after the September sale- so you might be better off taking a loss on it now than trying to sell it during/after the sale. Good luck!

Great idea on local pick up. I hadn't thought of that. My seat is only 3 weeks old! I can't believe I can't even sell it for $200.00..aghhhh won't be buying from Ebay again!

With craigslist, I've found that it helps that put in there if you're willing to travel a little bit to deliver it (which is better than having to ship it, in my opinion). For example, I travel to church every Sunday that is about an hour drive from my house. I always put in my ads that I will meet in xxx on Sunday, if that is more convenient for the buyer. It has actually made a big difference.
