Nautilus manual notes...

I read it cover to cover while assembling last night...I'd list page numbers, but it's out in the van with the seat.

2 things I noticed:

 There's a note in there to use the harness as long as possible (YAY!) Big bold print at the bottom of one page.

 There's also a portion that says NOT to use it if the whole base won't fit on the vehicle seat.

I had those same two observations. :)

Although, IIRC the statement about the whole base fitting was in the section on using it as a booster. That's common in booster manuals. It's not firmly secured to the seat, so it's very unstable if it hangs off the front.

Another point of note, is that the extra padding can only be used when the straps are on the lowest slots. Once kiddo needs the 2nd slots or higher, the padding MUST be removed according to the manual. :)

Did anyone notice where they showed pictures of moving it side to side to check for proper installation? They showed the woman holding on to the front of the seat and moving side to side, instead of at the belt path. Is that common in manuals? I don't know that I had ever noticed that in one before. If they check it at the front of the seat like that it will move.
