I wanna be a CPS Tech, How?

Please clue me in, I would love the be a tech. I am so obcessed that I am constantly eying all my friends seats and even strangers seats. LOL

I want to know more so I can help more kids in my area be safe, I see so many babies and children not properly restrained, and it kills me!

So how can I become a tech and where can I find a class near me? I am in the DFW area of Texas.

Cool, so glad another member is interested in becoming a tech. :thumbsup: Certification details and a course locator are on the Safe Kids website at: http://www.safekids.org/certification/certification.html Be sure to toggle your search for controlled courses as well as public ones to see all of the upcoming classes for your area. Controlled courses require permission from the lead instructor to register for the course. Good luck, and hope you can take the course soon.

if it isn't on safekids, then it isn't available right now. Just keep checking, they add more classes all the time. You can also see about contacting your local chapter to see if maybe they just had a class in your area. You might end up having to travel.
