So this weekend i decided to try Dakota(7yo, 64lbs) out in a booster to see how he would ride. He actually rode great, i never had to tell him to get behind the seatbelt or sit up right like i did 6 months ago.
He of corse said it wasn't as comfy as his regent and could he have it back, so of course it went back in the car as soon as we got home.
BUT, DH was putting the kids in and buckling up the baby and he looked at me and said "Dakota needs to go back in the regent I DON'T LIKE HIM IN A SEATBELT"!!!!!!!!!! This from the guy who told me it was stupid to spend the money on a seat that harnesses to 80lbs because he was perfectly fine in a booster as long as we reminded him to stay behind the seatbelt every few minutes(he used to push it off his shoulder because he didn't like it going over his chest).
So its finally sinking in with DH, my "craziness" is rubbing off:thumbsup:
