Would you use this harness?

I just bought a new Britax MA cover off of ebay. It just came and included with the cover is the harness. Also included is the padding and the label from the box with DOM. It looks like it maybe came from a baby store. Maybe they couldn't sell the car seat, the DOM was 2005, so they are just selling the cover to make some money. The registration card and tags are still attached to the harness.

So my question is - would you use this harness? I don't need it but could keep it in case of an sippy cup accident or something.

If it's still got the tags on it and the harness is less than six years old, then probably. Free bonus. :) But only if it was obviously new. If there was a shred of a doubt, then no.
