How do I get the Nautilus OUT of my car?

I installed it just fine with LATCH. Problem is, I can't figure out how to loosen it to take it out! I'm used to my old Marathon which I had installed with the seat belt, so I'm not really used to using the LATCH anchors. Any tips on how to loosen them? Thanks!

If you cannot get the LATCH strap to loosen try to squeeze the latch hook so it is open. Keeping the hook squeezed upen push down and unlatch the hook. I know it is hard to get undone. I too am spoiled to the Britax hooks.

Put your knee/weight into the seat to give the lower anchor strap a little give. Then pull/push up on the black/silver buckle to loosen the lower anchor strap... it works just like a lapbelt when you are loosening it.

Once you have the lower anchor strap loosened, grab the lower anchor. Press on the tab and hold it open. Push it further into the vehicle seat with the tab open and turn it 90 degrees (you are rotating it up and off the metal anchor in this step). Then pull up and out.

I installed our spare Titan in DHs car and had a bear of a time getting it out. I seriously thought I was going to have to cut the LATCH strap to get it out.

It lives at FILs house now and he was able to get it out of their car easily - he reclined the vehicle seat and said it came right out. Unfotunately, DHs vehicle seats don't recline.
