Groups picketing in Phoenix for better laws

Wow, in SC we had protests against turning seat belt law into a primary law in 2005, even some cops were against it! Our car seat laws changed too, I think. Our car seat law cards all say 'new' and have since '06 so I think the law changed but it was right before I became a tech. [Off to google the old law]

Our new law is 6 yrs or 60 lbs. Its actually not terrible. Requires RF to 20lbs or 1 yr, a FF harness to 4 or 40lbs and booster to 6 or 60lbs. Not the best but its better than what I would expect from SC.
