Honda Odyssey 2007 LATCH limits

Hi everyone - I've been reading here a lot and finally joined. After a lot of thought, I bought a Britax Regent for my 5 year old son who has outgrown his Roundabout. I recall reading here (or somewhere) that the weight limit for using the LATCH on the Odyssey is 40 lbs., however, when I looked in my owners manual, I could not find anything that stated a weight limit.

Given her weighs about 36 lbs, I need to use the long route LATCH for now, but want to know what I need to do in a few months.
