Honda accord part number?

Could someone with a LATCH manual look up the part number for a 98 Honda Accord for the top tether?

Is there a cost for it? Does Honda do it for free? (for some reason I think they're one of the ones that doesn't do it free?)

82410-SE3-C01

It's $13 for the kit and it's called the "plate assembly." The owner's manual has the directions on how to install them. There are three weld nuts in the filler panel. If you open the trunk the two outboard ones are between the speakers and glass. Once you find those you can see the similar one for the middle. The kit has an all in one bolt, anchor plate, and spacer. So you just pop a hole in the filler shelf from underneath, put the anchor on the bolt and screw it in, from what I've seen (I helped a dad find the spots in his 98 or 99 accord last week, which is why this is fresh in my mind.).

It's called a "plate assembly," part number 82410-SE3-C01, and retails for approx. $13. There are three 8 mm weld nuts in the rear filler panel, and detailed instructions should be in the vehicle owner's manual, not with the kit.

If you Google using the above part number as the search term, you might find an online source for the part for less. Honda doesn't retrofit for free, unfortunately.
