Considering a Huntington cover...

Who has this cover, and do you like it? I like our nice soft blue cover, but we miss the mesh pockets on the sides. From the pics I've seen online and what I've read, the Huntington cover is soft too. I like that it has a greenish tint to it because it makes it a little less neutral and boring. I wish Britax would just make a nice blue cover for the Regents though!

We have a huntington cover and we do like it. It is really nice and plush. I was avoiding the slicky middle ones. blech. I do have to say, though, I've never noticed it having even a slight green tint to it. I'll have to look tomorrow in the sunlight, but it is as tan brown as tan brown can get IMO. :p I see what you mean in the online pics, but it doesn't have that IRL.

We have a Huntington BV and it's really nice. Love the plush feel. I wouldn't say there is a green tint to it at all, though, it's really tan. But it's really not a "boring" tan at all, if that makes sense. I think it's the swirls that keep it from being just a gross brown cover.

My mom just ordered two Huntington Regents for my niece, but I haven't seen them yet.

I haven't noticed a greenish tint in the Huntington Diplomat, though. Hmmm....

Thank you! :D I'm glad to hear it is nice in real life. One of the pics I saw of this cover looked like the center part was a khaki-green/brown. But even if it is more tan, it definitely looks nicer than the Sahara that I originally had. And I already have the tan straps to go with it. I will start checking Ebay for this new cover, as I really don't want to spend $80 on it!

Am I crazy or what, 3 covers for one carseat!

I've been trying to decide between this or the Madison Regent, so I went to BabiesRUs to feel it in irl.
It really is a nice cover.
But because the swirls feel raised, almost painted on, I've almost decided on the M.
It's such a nice plush cover aside from the swirls...
I've been wondering if anyone has had any complaints about the swirls feeling scratchy, or leaving tiny marks.

I think it's the swirls that keep it from being just a gross brown cover.

Thanks,
Annie

I love the Madison cover! If I had a girl, that would definitely be my choice. I think J would like it, but it probably would not go over too well with dh. LOL
