SS1 and Baby Trend Snap n Go?

I just bought a used Baby Trend Snap n Go for $20 thinking that is would work with the SS1, which I haven't bought yet, but now I'm reading online that the SS1 doesn't fit. I thought I remember reading that some people on this board used the SS1 with the Snap n Go.

Does it really not fit? :(

I used our SS1 with a Snap 'N Go two years ago. I'm not sure of the Snap 'N Go model we had. It was dark blue and had a 2005 date of manufacture, if I'm remembering correctly. Anyhow, it worked with the SS1 and I think the Snap 'N Go's bar was in the Snugride position. Most strollers that accept the Snugride are supposed to work with the SS1 for what it's worth. Maybe you could visit a store that carries the SS1 and bring your Snap 'N Go along to try them out together. Hope this helps. :)

OK, good to know. Since I got this Snap n' Go used, I think it is an older model. Hopefully the SS1 will fit when I get it. Otherwise I'll just have to resell the Snap n' Go and get something else.

We've used the Snap n Go with our SS1 also. It fits fine and locks into position. We bought it new in Jan 07, so it is fairly new.

We also used the SS1 on an older sit and stand that I bought off ebay. That worked too, I think like the PP said, we put the bar in the Snugride position.
