So, we recently purchased a Compass B510 booster seat and today was our first time using it. After my son was all buckled up the seat was kind of leaning so I (stupidly) pushed on the headrest/side wing to straighten it and the foam broke right in half!! I immediately logged on here and did a search and discovered this was a pretty common mistake.
Anyway, I called the company to see what I should do and they're sending me out a new seat!! And she said I may or may not have to send my original seat back. She said it just depends on whether or not the guy in charge of replacements gets around to sending a return shipping label.
I thought they'd either tell me to tape it or possibly send me replacement foam. I never imagined they'd send me a new seat!
